Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have your order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at returns@250americabirthday.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided label or carrier of your choice
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the fastest turnaround. This also guarantees availability of your desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
